Vehicle Check In: Vehicles can be checked-in for service during reception hours. To check your vehicle in just drive in to our facility and you will be met by a Service Consultant who will confirm all arrangements and organize alternative transport if required.
Courtesy Transport: The following services are provided for our customers. (Please advise at the time of booking of your request)
* We offer Courtesy transportation to local shopping, Norton street restaurants and local public transport.
* Taxi Bookings: Your Service Consultant will happily book a taxi for you if required.
* Loan Vehicles: We have a fleet of loan vehicles available, a small fee applies to cover the cost of fuel and insurance maintenance. Reservations are required to be made at the time of making an appointment.
* Express Service: Have your vehicle serviced within 2 hours (standard service) by a team of technicians with our express service facility. Please advise at the time of booking if you would like an express service.
Customer Facilities
* Comfortable waiting lounge equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, daily newspapers, magazines and television.
* Work stations with internet and fax facilities.
* Childrens play area.
Estimates: Firm prices will be given whenever possible. When an estimate is subject to further disassembly and examination, the customer will be notified of any additional cost before work is undertaken.
Services Offered: AMR Mazda caters for all of your motoring needs including; tyres, registration inspections, air conditioning, wheel alignments etc. We are also aligned with many professional motoring organizations, so if there is a service or product which we cannot provide we can refer you to a proven supplier. We are also able to service and repair most makes and models of motor vehicles.
Replacement Parts and Accessories: We stock a large range of parts and accessories, but due to the wide range of makes, models and trim colours we do not carry all parts in stock.Our Parts facility is located at the same address as our Service team ensuring the quickest possible parts supply.
Payment Facilities
* All work is to be paid for at the time of vehicle collection.
* Acceptable fo rms of payment are; Cash, Eftpos, Bankcard, Master Card, Visa, American Express and Diners Club.
* We are also associated with all the major leasing companies.
